Our Privacy Policy and Shipping, Warranty & Returns information explain related services. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Use this website for lawful product research, inquiries and purchases. You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or appropriate authorization to act on behalf of a business.

Do not submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person’s information, attempt unauthorized access or introduce malicious software. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

A compatible cutting system requires more than a matching bar length. For saw chains, verify pitch, gauge, drive-link count and chain family. For guide bars, also verify the saw model, mount pattern, oiling arrangement and manufacturer-approved configuration.

If any specification is unclear, contact us before purchasing or installing. We aim to describe products accurately. If a material error affects your order, we will explain the issue and available options rather than substitute a different specification without agreement.

Prices use the currency displayed on the website. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout. Payment methods are those available at checkout.

You authorize the payment provider to process the amount you approve. Unless separate written terms apply, confirmed payment is required before dispatch. Wholesale deposits and balance schedules must be stated in the accepted quotation.

Future price changes do not authorize additional charges to an existing order without your agreement.

An automated order email acknowledges receipt of the order; it does not confirm dispatch. Contact us promptly if you need to correct or cancel an order. Changes may not be possible after shipment or after approved custom production begins.

If availability, an error or another material issue prevents fulfillment, we will contact you with the available resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Review our shipping information for service areas, dispatch timing and charges.

If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent or cancellation and refund options required by applicable law. A tracking number alone does not mean a carrier has collected the parcel.

Voluntary arrival-damage services and change-of-mind returns are separate from applicable rights concerning defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Saw chains and guide bars can cause serious injury if incorrectly selected, installed or used. Follow the chainsaw manufacturer’s manual, product instructions and required protective-equipment guidance.

Do not use damaged parts or modify a cutting system to force an incompatible component to fit. Website guides supplement equipment-specific instructions; they do not replace them.

OMACK branding and original website content belong to their respective rights holders. Do not reproduce protected material beyond what applicable law permits.

Third-party brand references identify compatibility only where supported and do not imply endorsement. Payment and shipping services may be provided by third parties whose applicable terms and privacy notices should also be reviewed.

Responsibility for losses is determined under applicable law. We do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights for defective products.

Contact support@omacksawchain.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can seek a resolution. If the matter remains unresolved, applicable law determines the competent court and available consumer complaint procedures. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive non-excludable consumer rights.

Updates apply to future website use and purchases. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order except as permitted by law or agreed with you.
