Made for the way you buy

Dealers & repair shops. Plan replacement stock around the chainsaw models your customers bring through the door.

Distributors & retailers. Organize your range by SKU and cutting-system specification, with clear labels that help reduce picking errors.

Professional teams. Build a replenishment list for your equipment fleet. Include chainsaw models and current guide-bar markings when requesting compatible parts.

Order quantities & volume pricing

MOQ depends on the SKU, packaging and customization involved. Your written quotation confirms the minimum quantity and any applicable volume pricing.

  • Evaluation: request sample availability and a quantity suitable for checking the proposed product.
  • Stock replenishment: ask for the standard pack or carton quantity for each SKU.
  • Volume purchase: provide your SKU mix and expected order frequency for a tailored quotation.
  • OEM/ODM: project-specific quantities are confirmed after feasibility review.

Estimated quantities help us understand your inquiry; they are not published MOQs or guaranteed discount tiers. Mixed specifications, availability and lead times require confirmation.

OEM/ODM: define the project first

Discuss existing OMACK products, private-label packaging or specification development. A clear brief helps align the product requirements, artwork, samples and approval steps before production.

For a development project, include intended equipment, target market and the performance requirements you need assessed. We will confirm which requests can be supported before order approval.

Tooling, material changes, certification, exclusivity and production schedules are included only when expressly agreed in writing. Explore OEM/ODM cooperation.

Packaging that identifies the right part

Discuss individual packs, multipacks, branded artwork, barcode labels and shipping-carton markings. Availability and minimum quantities are confirmed in your quotation.

Saw-chain labels should identify pitch, gauge and drive-link count. Guide-bar labels should also identify nominal cutting length and the applicable mount reference.

Send retailer-specific labeling requirements and approved artwork before quotation approval. Final artwork and samples should be checked before a production order is released.

The specifications we need

Saw chains: pitch and chain family, gauge, drive-link count, preferred cutter type if known, and the chainsaw model or current bar reference.

Guide bars: exact saw model, approved nominal length, pitch, gauge, required drive-link count and mount reference.

If the markings are unclear, describe what you have and ask for help. Same length does not mean same fit. Use our guide-bar fitment guide before ordering.

From inquiry to order

  1. Send your specifications, estimated quantity and destination.
  2. Review the proposed products, MOQ, price, shipping and lead time.
  3. Confirm samples or artwork where applicable.
  4. Approve the final written quotation and payment terms.

An inquiry does not commit you to a purchase.
